To be eligible, items must be:

- Tried indoors only
- Returned with the original box and packaging
Items showing signs of use or damage will not be accepted

Shipping Fees
- For change of mind or size issues: customer covers shipping fees
- For defective or incorrect items: Kundara covers all costs
Size Exchanges
If the size doesn’t fit:

- Shipping fees are paid by the customer
Defective or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- We offer free return or exchange
- Kundara covers all shipping costs
Non-Returnable Cases
We do not accept returns if:

- There is damage or visible wear
- The original packaging is missing
